Directions to the Parking Deck: From Cooper Street, turn right onto Fifth Street, turn right onto Penn Street and follow to the Parking Garage. Pull at ticket upon arrival to raise the arm. Before you leave, take that ticket to the security desk to get it validated for no charge. Elevators are located on the Cooper Street side of each floor and the lets you off in the lobby of the garage where the desk is located. The lobby is also located on the Cooper Street side of the garage.
